Despite this large van parked near this intersection, the lack of cars on both Alberta and 19th allow improved visibility for this cyclist to cross or enter Alberta. As a bonus, approaching vehicles on Alberta also have a better sightline to 11th. In this case, the cyclist would be visible to oncoming traffic, as he’s not hidden behind parked cars.
