Walk Signal Doesn’t Last Long Enough for Pedestrians to Cross
Despite having walk signals and ridiculously small pedestrian islands, it’s practically impossible to cross the intersection of Burnside/Sandy Blvd and 12th street in one signal. Because there are so many streets converging here, many road users have to wait several minutes to receive a green signal.
