This is not directed at the police enforcement, just a plea—I know there is a lot more on their plate right now. I live within the 45 to 50th blocks above Baltimore and I am consistently being cut off by cars as I walk across cross-walks. The other night I was almost hit by a car that sped through the stop-sign AFTER I began to walk. I am getting to the point where I feel unsafe crossing even if a car lets me. Could someone please enforce the rules regarding pedestrians in crosswalks?
